Consultant Colorectal and Interventional Endoscopy Surgeon at King's College Hospital, London. Professor Haji leads the UK's tertiary referral service for complex polyp resection and was the first surgeon in the UK to perform POEM for achalasia.
With over 100 peer-reviewed publications and decades of experience training the next generation of surgeons, he founded Mentix to address the systemic training gaps he witnessed across global surgical education.
The founding insight was simple: talented trainees were not lacking motivation or ability. They lacked infrastructure to reach the right mentor, structure the learning, and verify what had been taught.
